I saw it in Dublin and it was amazing! All the fantastic "effects" that they created onstage, right there in front of you, in real-time were so creative and so simple. It was almost like a radio play with visuals, a description that doesn't really do it justice because it was just magical. I was blown away by it!

Lauren,

Sounds like it was a good meet and greet. You have a nice style. Felt like I was there. How's your novel coming? Is Save The Cat helping?

By the way, this is hookedoncoffee on lj and snoopyfan from NaNo!

*catching up* Wow, well done and good luck!

And thanks for the tip about Luminotes. Whenever I come back to my novel after a holiday or epic period of studying, I have to spend about an hour going, "Ok, is the most recent list of themes in '00 New Notes.doc' or '00000 important bits.txt'?", so a wiki notebook sounds like a brilliant plan.

That's really funny that you found MY blog, because I had a peruse of 2 people's blogs on that same post, and yours was one of them. And I got all jealous in a "damn her, she's a great writer, my blog sucks" kind of way. But you like it so now I have validation. :)

What's your NaNo name? Have you done it before? I haven't done it before, and I'm getting kinda nervous cos I really need to plan, but have a lot of commitments this week. Eep. And one of them should be exam study. Meh.
Congrats on the SCBWI (is that it? Can't remember the order, just know I want to go one day) competition win. A bit of a coo and most definitely a step in the right direction!

Shari - I am so jealous of your upcoming Powell's trip! I know I need to go. Adam says if we went, he would lose me in there for days.

I'll do a review of Paper Towns when I finish it. I'm enjoying it so far. It seems to combine the emotional aspect of Looking For Alaska with the humor and geekery of An Abundance of Katherines.
